BYU Singers have officially released “Let It Be You,” an original work by BYU composer and director Brent Wells, on all major streaming services through BYU Records. The new recording is now available worldwide, giving listeners everywhere the opportunity to experience a beautiful new contemporary choral piece set to the words of Sara Teasdale.

The streaming release follows a successful European tour from May 12–27, during which the ensemble shared music with audiences in Finland, Austria, and Germany. While in Finland, BYU Singers earned first place in both the Mixed Choirs and Sacred Music A Cappella categories at the Nordic Voices Choir Festival in Lahti. After evaluating 22 competing choirs from several countries, an international jury also named BYU Singers the festival’s Grand Prize winner.

The choir continued its tour with performances and service-focused collaborations in Austria and participation in Germany’s Musica Sacra International Festival. BYU Singers is conducted by Dr. Andrew Crane.
