Shipping

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like to ship an order to an address outside the United States, please send an email to orders@byumusic.com and provide the name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to order, and the "ship to" address. We will then write back to you and let you know how much your order total plus shipping will be. Payments for international orders are processed via PayPal (or a credit card processed through PayPal).

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the item you are returning (5-10 business days), processing your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
